May is Stroke Awareness Month

Every day in May, another 240 people will wake up to the life-changing impact of a stroke.
Take on 31 minutes of exercise a day in May to raise vital funds to support stroke survivors.

Mums, dads, grandparents, young people, and even children can be left unable to move, see, speak, or even swallow. It's a traumatic, life-changing event that robs survivors and their families of the life they knew.

You can make sure people don’t have to face the recovery journey alone.

By taking part in this challenge you’ll be helping Stroke Support Coordinators be a lifeline to isolated stroke survivors and their loved ones.

add remove

No, it's free to take part in the 31 minutes in May challenge.

Does it matter what online fundraising page I set up?

add remove

No it doesn't matter - we find most people either use Facebook or JustGiving.  With Facebook people can only donate who are on Facebook so if lots of your family and friends aren't on it, you might find JustGiving easier.
