You understand that by completing this form it does not guarantee you a place in the TCS London Marathon 2026. If your application is successful you will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £50 to secure your charity place.
The Stroke Association reserve the right to refuse your application at their discretion.
You understand that if your application is successful you will need to commit to raising a minimum of £2,500 in sponsorship (excluding Gift Aid) for the Stroke Association. If your supporters are eligible to complete a Gift Aid Declaration, they can use the declaration form available on our website.
If your application is successful you are required to have raised the following amounts towards your £2,500 minimum sponsorship target at these milestone dates:
- £600 by 31 December 2025
- £1,200 by 16 February 2026
- £2,500 by 26 May 2026
If you fail to meet any of these milestones, the Stroke Association have the right to cancel your place in the 2026 event. If you fail to reach your £2,500 target by 26 May 2026, we are obliged to inform the TCS London Marathon. You will be required to continue fundraising beyond this date until you achieve your pledged minimum donation, or alternatively make a payment to the Stroke Association to cover the outstanding amount.
You confirm to the best of your knowledge, your general state of health and fitness is good and you take full responsibility for your training. You take part at your own risk.
You agree that the Charity may use without payment, notice or further consent any photographs, videos and other images in which you appear which are taken at the event or event-related occasion by our employees or representatives or other person attending, in our website, social network marketing activities or any other relevant promotional material. The Charity will not, however, identify anyone by name without their agreement.
You are required to read and adhere to any terms and conditions issued by the Event organisers. You agree to take responsibility for your actions on the day of the Event.
