You understand that you are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £40 for a charity place in this Event.

You understand that if you accept a charity place with the Stroke Association, you pledge to raise at least £400 in sponsorship (excluding Gift Aid) for the Stroke Association. If your supporters are eligible to complete a Gift Aid Declaration, they can use the declaration form available on our website.

You confirm to the best of your knowledge, your general state of health and fitness is good and you take full responsibility for your training. You take part at your own risk.

You agree that the Charity may use without payment, notice or further consent any photographs, videos and other images in which you appear which are taken at the event or event-related occasion by our employees or representatives or other person attending, in our website, social network marketing activities or any other relevant promotional material. The Charity will not, however, identify anyone by name without their agreement.

You are required to read and adhere to any terms and conditions issued by the Event organisers. You agree to take responsibility for your actions on the day of the Event.
