I'm taking part in the Spin for Stroke challenge!
Hi everyone, those who are close to us know our story. My Dad is my hero, not only is he battling cancer for just over a year today now, he has recently suffered from a stroke and is recovering from this. The evening before Dad went into hospital a year ago, we went on a Dad-Daughter cycle ride. So, this month I am completing 100 Miles of cycling around my new home town (on top of having a wedding and starting my Masters - wish me luck!)
And that's why I joined #TeamStroke in the Spin for Stroke Challenge.
Stroke Association is here to support people to rebuild their lives after stroke. We believe everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke, so we work with the stroke community to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support. We rely on your support to provide vital services for better stroke care and fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.
