I joined #TeamStroke for the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2025.
Im taking part in the half marathon after someone very close to me suffered a stroke nearly a year ago.
This will be the toughest run I'll ever do but after a stressful year.. this will be the perfect way to end it positively ❤️
