I joined #TeamStroke for the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2026.
There are over 1.4 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes.
In October 2026, I’ll be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in support of the Stroke Association.
This charity is very close to my heart. Both my granny and grandma suffered from strokes, and seeing the impact strokes can have on both individuals and their families is something I’ll never forget.
By taking on this challenge, I hope to raise money to help fund vital support, research and recovery services for stroke survivors and their loved ones.
