I'm taking part in the Great North Run 2026 as part of #TeamStroke
In September this year, I'm returning to the North East for the iconic Great North Run 2026, where I will be running 13 whole miles (touch wood) in support of #TeamStroke!!
There are over 1.4 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes. The stroke association work with the stroke community to provide support, fund research and improve care for those impacted.
It's for an amazing cause, so any donation would be much appreciated. Wish me luck !!!
