I'm taking part in the Spin for Stroke challenge!
I joined #TeamStroke in the “Spin for Stroke” Challenge after my Dad suffered a big stroke last October. It was huge shock for all of us, but luckily he made an amazing recovery, thanks to the timely response by the paramedics, the expertise of the acute stroke unit at Salford Royal and rehabilitation at Stepping Hill Hospital. I’d therefore like to give something back, so it would be great if you can please sponsor me! This challenge will mostly be done on a spin bike, along with the odd family bike ride too. It’ll all be logged on my Strava account if you like to follow me on there.
