I'm running the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2026 as part of #TeamStroke

I joined #TeamStroke for the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2026.

There are over 1.4 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes. My dad is a survivor too, and every mile ran in the marathon is also for him - for showing me that any small step forward matters.
