Royal Parks Half Marathon 2026 on behalf of #TeamStroke
I joined #TeamStroke for the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2026.
After news of my Grandmother having a stroke following a series of TIAs, I realised just how scary it can be for both the individual and their families. I decided to run this Half marathon in support of those who have either suffered from or know someone who has suffered from a stroke. It can be an incredibly difficult time for everyone involved and I believe this run will raise awareness and hopefully help survivors in their recovery process.
