I'm taking part in the Brighton Marathon as part of #TeamStroke
I'm running for family & friends who have been impacted by strokes, as well as the other 100,000 people who have a stroke every single year.
The Stroke Association help to support people in rebuilding their lives after stroke. They work with the stroke community to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support. Of course, they rely on your support to provide vital services, campaign for better stroke care and fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.
