I'm taking part in the 2027 Double TCS London Marathon with #TeamStroke

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. With strength, determination and the right support, recovery is possible.

My dad had a stroke last year and it hit us out of nowhere. He has fought through so many challenges and complications that followed but is still fighting and making progress every day. I could not be prouder of him and everyone else who wakes up and continues to try and am honoured to be able to help raise funds towards supporting them.

By taking on this challenge with Team Stroke, I'll be fundraising to provide tailored support to tens of thousands of stroke survivors each year, fund vital scientific research, and campaign to secure the best care and support for everyone affected by stroke.
