I joined #TeamStroke in the Spin for Stroke Challenge.

My Stroke and life after.
Thursday 20th Jul I was at work and started to have a really bad headache, became very hot & a feeling of unwell. I went home & slept before returning to work the following day. After a couple of hours I again had a bad headache, felt like the world was spinning & something was not right. After a visit to my GP, the doctor told me to go to hospital & they would be expecting me. After a Scan I was told i had had a stroke.2 weeks later I woke with a funny feeling in my face and no grip in my left hand, poor sensation in my left leg and a other bad headache. I was rushed to hospital again to be told I had suffered a 2nd stroke. I am well on the road to recovery, although still have a weakness on my left side
