I'm taking part in the Great North Run 2025 as part of #TeamStroke

I joined #TeamStroke for the Great North Run 2025.

For people that know me personally will also understand my connection to this charity. When I was 13 my Mom suffered from a stroke during brain surgery which has impacted our lives massively since that day in 2018. Without the support of stroke association and the rehabilitation she has had along the way we wouldn’t be where we are. There are still elements of our lives which are affected by this daily but I want to help Stroke Association have the funding to assist other families who need their support.
