TCS London Marathon 2026

I'm running for #TeamStroke in the TCS London Marathon

In October last year my Dad suffered an unexpected & life-changing stroke. He was airlifted to hospital and underwent emergency surgery to remove a large clot from his brain - which was rare for someone just 48 years old (non-smoker). Unfortunately he will never regain some of the abilities and mobility he once had.

He faced months of further mini-strokes, intensive rehab, and hospital transfers, as well as having to relearn how to speak, how to eat, and move around with the help of a frame.

To honour Dad's journey, me and my brother, Joel, will be running the London Marathon to raise money and awareness for the Stroke Association.

Every donation will help fund life-saving research, vital rehabilitation, and support for stroke survivors and their families.

Thank you for your support. 💜
