I'm taking part in the Great North Run 2025 as part of #TeamStroke
I joined #TeamStroke for the Great North Run 2025.
My dad suffered a stroke in August 2024 and has been lucky enough to be on his feet and in rehabilitation since, and stroke association have played a huge part in getting him there.
I’ll be running for him and the team that have helped not just my dad but my family over the last 12 months.
The support both my dad and family have received over the past year has been unbelievable, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without them, so any donations are massively appreciated!
