I'm taking part in the Great North Run 2025 as part of #TeamStroke

I joined #TeamStroke for the Great North Run 2025.

My dad suffered a stroke in August 2024 and has been lucky enough to be on his feet and in rehabilitation since, and stroke association have played a huge part in getting him there.

I’ll be running for him and the team that have helped not just my dad but my family over the last 6 months
