I'm running the Great Manchester 10K 2024 in loving memory of my grandfather, who passed away shortly after a stroke in November.

I've decided to fundraise for this amazing charity, which supports those who have suffered a stroke, as well as those who are caring for or grieving someone affected by stroke.
