I'm taking part in the TCS London Marathon as part of #TeamStroke

Hi, I’m Helen (Noah’s mum) and I’m fundraising for The Stroke Association to help raise awareness of stroke in young people like Noah, who had a stroke in February 2025, aged 18.

The Stroke Association supports people to rebuild their lives after the devastation of stroke. Survivors and their families rely on the vital services they provide, and anyone could potentially benefit from their campaigns and research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.

I know this marathon is going to be hard and the training even harder, but it's nothing compared to the journey Noah is on. The effort he has put into his rehabilitation and the resilience he has shown is truly inspiring. I know Noah would love to run again one day. Until then, I'm running for him.
