I'm taking part in the TCS London Marathon as part of #TeamStroke

Hi, I’m Helen (Noah’s mum) and I’m fundraising for The Stroke Association to help raise awareness of stroke in young people like Noah, who had a stroke at 18. With more awareness, strokes and the devastation that comes with them can be prevented.

The Stroke Association supports people to rebuild their lives after stroke. They rely on your support to provide vital services, campaign for better stroke care and fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.

I know that running this marathon is going to be hardest run of my life, but the journey Noah is on is so much harder. Although he’s not running it, he’ll be the force that gets me round.
