I joined #TeamStroke for the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2026.

In December 2020, my wonderful dad, Mark, suffered a major stroke which changed his life forever. Through the help of the Stroke Association, our amazing friends and family, and the incredible NHS, Dad has come such a long way. His strength and determination throughout his recovery has been truly inspiring. Love you, Dad!!

Every year, thousands of people are affected by stroke. The Stroke Association is there at every step of the journey, offering vital support services, rehabilitation programmes, and practical guidance to help individuals rebuild their lives.
