Berlin Marathon 2026 for Nia💛

In 2018, at just 15, we tragically lost my sister Nia to a stroke. Nia was a bright, special young woman who had such a lasting impression on all of us, especially her older brother.  That is why in September 2026 I’ll be running the Berlin Marathon in Nia’s memory and for the Stroke Association. 

When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt. Stroke Association’s specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community. With more donations and support, lives can be saved and rebuilt. 

Anything you can contribute will be greatly appreciated, and hopefully prevent others from experiencing such a loss.
