I'm taking part in the Great North Run 2026 as part of #TeamStroke

I joined #TeamStroke for the Great North Run 2026.

There are over 1.4 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes.

No survivor should have to face life after stroke without stroke support, providing consistent, tailored help on the long journey to recovery.

My lovely dad suffered a stroke in 2024 and unfortunately passed away New Years Day 2026. I am doing this fund raising in memory of him.
