I'm taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2026 as part of #TeamStroke
I joined #TeamStroke for the Royal Parks Half Marathon on 11 October 2026.
There are over 1.4 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That’s one stroke every five minutes.
A stroke can have a sudden and life-changing impact on individuals and their families. The Stroke Association provides vital support to people affected by stroke, helping them rebuild their lives and access the care and support they need.
Donations not only help provide these vital services, but also fund research into preventing strokes and improving recovery.
