I'm taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon as part of #TeamStroke
Losing my beloved Pappy in April, I have joined #TeamStroke for the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2025 in his memory.
Even though he isn’t amongst them, there are over 1.4 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year.
He was always a figure who inspired the best of me. If there was anyone who can get me around a 13 mile marathon, it would be him.
