I'm fundraising for...
I'm running the Manchester Marathon on 19th of April for the Stroke Association.
Last year, my dad, John, had two strokes. It was a shock to us all and changed things overnight. We're so proud of his recovery and how much he's trying every day. Recovery from a stroke is relentless, and I wanted to do something to help people like my dad through the amazing work that the Stroke Association do.
The care, support and information provided by the Stroke Association have made a genuine difference to us. They help families at a moment when they feel scared, overwhelmed and unsure what comes next.
