The Great North Run 2026 as part of #TeamStroke

I’m running the GNR 26 as part of #TeamStroke.

There are over 1.4 million stroke survivors in the UK, and one of them is my Dad.

No survivor should have to face life after stroke without stroke support, providing consistent, tailored help on the long journey to recovery. Dad has had this from so many amazing people, and the Stroke Association provided easily accessible and simple information at the hardest time in our lives.
