I'm taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2026 as part of #TeamStroke

I joined #TeamStroke for the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2026.

Last year my grandma Helen suffered from a stroke which heavily impacted her quality of life. Despite this she kept her spark, cheekiness and liveliness in spirit. I want to help raise money to try and help others suffering from or to prevent something like this happening to them.

There are over 1.4 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes.
