I'm taking part in the Brighton Marathon as part of #TeamStroke
I joined #TeamStroke for the Brighton Marathon 2026.
So 2 members of my family have suffered strokes. 1 which we are lucky to still have with us, 1 which we unfortunately lost a couple of months ago . Im doing this event for the families that have suffered the loss we have and for the millions that have been affected by strokes.
There are over 1.4 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes.
Please help me reach my target and be part of helping those affected by strokes!
