I'm taking part in the Brighton Marathon as part of #TeamStroke

I joined #TeamStroke for the Brighton Marathon 2026. But before that, i signed up for a half marathon at Bedford Running Festival!

A family member dear to me has suffered multiple strokes over the years, even though its affected her mobility and some day to day tasks our family are lucky enough to still have her with us. Im doing this event for the families that are not so lucky and for the millions that have been affected by a strokes.

There are over 1.4 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes.

Please help me reach my target and be part of helping those affected by strokes!
