I'm taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2026 as part of #TeamStroke
My best friend, Harry, had multiple strokes before he even turned 20! The fact that he's still here, that we still get to make memories together is something I'll never take for granted.
The Stroke Association does amazing work supporting survivors and funding research that actually makes a difference and I'm hoping that by raising some money, it might help someone else keep their best friend too. If you're able to chip in, any donation would be amazing!
