Well by gum do I know generous and lovey people!

300 quid raised! Well over my target. You guys are awesome.

That means MRI scan, blood work and CT scan can be conducted on stroke patients for research!

I’m loving this challenge!

Good mid point for my month of cycling

I’ve smashed 100km!

So a week ago I smashed 100km so far!

200 quid further in too! Smashed my targets, now to increase them!

First cycle tomorrow

Going to cycle over the hill to my awesome CrossFit gym for a class Saturday workout.

I’ve got a triathlon I’m training for so lots of bits of training coming up.
