Running the Royal Parks Half Marathon for the Stroke Association
This October, I’ll be taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon and raising money for the Stroke Association.
This is a cause that has a real personal meaning to me and my family. My Nan suffered a stroke, which left her paralysed down one side of her body. Sadly, she passed away just 10 days later.
Stroke has also affected other members of my family, so it’s a cause that is particularly close to home.
My Nan is the main reason I wanted to run for the Stroke Association, and taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon feels like a great opportunity to challenge myself while raising money for a cause that means so much to me and my family.
Any donations, no matter how big or small, would be hugely appreciated. Every contribution will help the Stroke Association continue supporting people affected by stroke, their families, and funding vital research.
Thank you so much for your support! ❤️
