I'm taking part in the Great North Run 2026 as part of #TeamStroke

I joined #TeamStroke for the Great North Run 2026.

There are over 1.4 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes.

I’ll be running the GNR in 2026 in memory of my grandad who sadly passed from a stroke in July 2025. This is a cause close to my heart, and I want to do something positive to honour his memory. Any support or donations would be hugely appreciated as I take this on.
