I'm taking part in the Great North Run 2026 as part of #TeamStroke💜

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke.

In memory of our gorgeous Granda who we sadly lost in November last year, me and my sister have decided to take on the Great North Run 2026 and will be running to raise money for the Stroke Association—an amazing charity that provides vital support, research, and care for stroke survivors and their families.

For those who know me and my sister, you will know this is a hilariously bad idea as the least athletic siblings in the world. Every step will probably hurt and every hill will definitely be complained about but our Granda was the strongest, funniest and most determined man in the world and would be over the moon that we are doing this for him.
