Royal Parks Half 2025 for Saul
This October, I’m running the Royal Parks Half Marathon with my fiancée Ellie in support of the Stroke Association—a cause that’s become deeply personal to us all. Earlier this year, my brother-in-law Saul suffered a stroke at just 26. He was as fit, active, and healthy as anyone could be, which made it all the more shocking. Thanks to the incredible care from hospital staff and the unwavering support of his family, Saul is making an amazing recovery—and true to form, he’s already back on his feet and still a much faster runner than me! I’m running to raise awareness and funds for vital stroke research and recovery support, so more people like Saul can have the best chance at a full, strong comeback. Any support you’re able to give is greatly appreciated, and I’d like to try and raise as much as we can for this great cause.
