13.1 mile practice run in the bag!!!
With only 14 weeks until the big day we decided to get out and do a run of the same exact distance. We had a few hiccups, one being my feet. At 9 miles my arches on both feet started to feel tender to run on. I didn’t know if it was falling arch or blisters so the last 4.1 was not a comfortable run for me. But we soldiered on and smashed it 👊🏼 Rhya now knows that she’s more than capable of it on the day 🤩10miler in the bag 🤩

Yesterday we ran from Whiteleas to the Sunderland bridge, then round onto Seaburn coast road. Done inWe are taking part in the Great North Run 2026 as part of #TeamStroke
