Why join #TeamStroke?
Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke, which can leave survivors unable to move, see, speak, or even swallow. With strength, determination and the right support, recovery is possible.
Everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke. Taking part in 62 miles in October means you are part of the team helping us to continue the work that we do, such as funding stroke support services and researching better treatments, care and rehabilitation.
It’s only thanks to the generosity of our supporters that we can provide the vital support stroke survivors and their families need.
Along the way, we will support you with tips, advice and one-to-one support.
