I'm Cycling 1300 kilometres for Spin for Stroke challenge as a thank you for everything the Stroke Association did and still do for my mum after her Stroke..
My goal is to cycle 1300 Kilometers (808 miles) (Felpham - Marseille, South of France) by the end of September.

today's ride
Tuesday 18th Jul Felpham to Brighton Marina and back. It was nice to have ridden this ride, never done it before and it only took 1.5 hours to get to the marina which was 26 miles!! This ride was 53miles and took 3.05 hours. Share
